The raw materials that we import are supplied by highly specialized companies, some of them even focused on a single fruit. The majority are companies that Natex Ingredients represent as sole agent for the Italian market. These are not only commercial agreements, but long-term privileged relationship, thanks to which we can place ourselves in a key position of “trait d’union” between the Reserch and Development labs of customers and suppliers. In this way with our skills we support both sides throughout the long path that leads from the design of a new project to the development of the finished product.
Once at the stage of purchase of raw materials for a client company, Natex Ingredients take care of all the logistic, operating with appropriate transports and warehouses to the nature of the products and forms of packaging: big or small sizes, organic or conventional, at ambient, chilled or frozen temperature. Natex Ingredients fulfills all formalities related to imports (tariffs and customs duties, technical documentation, certificates of analysis and origin, foreign currencies, transport regulations, etc.).
In addition to using various warehouses in Italy, for some ingredients from non-European countries we use HUBS storage in Europe, which ensures more timely deliveries and reduces the minimum volumes to be ordered.
